The applicants/appellants herein have been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 323 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo R.I. for two years and for six months, respectively, for the said offences. 3.

Considering the quantum of sentence imposed, the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed against the applicants, stands suspended during pendency of the appeal. The applicants be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount
