After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, following has been agreed upon.

The petitioner will pay fees of every academic year. On receipt of the present academic year's fees, the management will forward the petitioner's application to respondent No.2 immediately. 2.

Respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's application on its own merits and even uninfluenced by this order within a reasonable time.

The learned counsel for the management makes a further statement that, the moment the management receives the scholarship amount, the fees paid by the petitioner could be refunded in no time. In view of the same, the petition shall stand disposed of along with pending civil application. 4.

If the petitioner has deposited the fees of this academic year, he shall point out the same to the management, which shall forward the application forthwith.
