This matter is said to have been amicably settled between the Respondent Wife and the Applicants/in-laws and her husband as well. The marriage between the applicant-husband and the respondent-wife has already been dissolved with a decree of divorce passed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The terms indicate that the parties have decided to give a stop to all the proceedings pending before Civil as well as Criminal Courts.

In view of the same, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (B) and quash the chargesheet and consequential order taking cognizance thereto as well.
