Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 23.08.2019 and 06.09.2019, the learned AGP places on record the compilation of four documents, which include (a) a communication from the Sub Divisional Officer, Pachora addressed to the learned Registrar of this Court dated 12.09.2019, (b) original copy of the panchanama dated 11.09.2019, (c) original copy of the "Taba Pavti" (possession receipt) dated 11.09.2019 and (d) photostat copy signed by two parties acknowledging handing over of possession of the concerned property to the petitioner. These documents are taken on record and collectively marked as "X-1" for identification.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner has received possession of the land at issue and has no grievance surviving.
