It would be open for the petitioner to tender representation to the Education Officer (Secondary) pointing out his grievance as regards his declaration as a surplus employee, within a period of three weeks from today.

If petitioner tenders representation/appeal to the Education Officer (Secondary) within the time stipulated as above, the Education Officer may take appropriate decision in the matter after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation/appeal. 3.
With the directions as above, both the petitions stand disposed of.
