PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents are ad idem that the case of the petitioners is covered under the order dated 08.01.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.4164 of 2018 with connected writ petitions and that the land of the petitioners is also under acquisition.

In light of the above, we pass the same order.

If the land is not acquired by negotiation within a period of six months from today, then

(2) 65-wp-12745-2018 after the lapse of six months the respondent shall initiate acquisition proceedings as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 and the same shall be concluded expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the start of acquisition proceedings.

It is also open for the respondents to take decision with regard to deletion of the petitioners land from acquisition.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
