The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Writ Petition and move an appropriate Complaint (ULP) before the Industrial Court or raise an industrial dispute under Section 2(k) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, or under any relevant Act, for seeking appointment as a 'Clerk'.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions, with liberty as may be permissible in law.
