In this group of applications, the parties were before the Supreme Court and have been permitted to approach this Court and put up a grievance.

In view of the directions of the Supreme Court, we allow the applications and permit these applicants to be impleaded as respondents. 3.

So far as the applications by these respondents for staying operation of the order passed by this Court which was under challenge

Since the operation of the order of this Court was stayed by the Supreme Court which stay continued thereafter till pronouncement of the order by the Supreme Court, the interim relief in terms of the relief granted by the Supreme Court shall continue till 01-02-2023.
