The petitioner has put forth prayer clause "B" as under:- "B.
By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent No. 3 may kindly be directed to decide the complaint/grievance dated 28.09.2020 bearing file No. 42/2020 expeditiously preferably within four weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioner."

Considering the prayer, we do not find that this petition should be kept pending by issuing notices to the respondents. Ends of justice would be met by directing the Grievance Redressal Committee of respondent No.3 University to decide the grievance of the petitioner, if not already decided.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the petitioner's grievance bearing File No. 42 of 2020, dated 28.9.2020, be decided by the Grievance Redressal Committee of the Savitribai Phule Pune University, by following the due procedure laid down in law and by granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders, on or before 31.05.2023.
