At the stage of on going election process today is the date for withdrawal of nominations and allotment of symbols. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that though she intended to apply for the candidature in general women's category there was a technical error in filling the form on-line and in spite of her request to consider her grievance that is not being considered.

We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. He takes us to the hard copy of the on-line application filled by the petitioner (ExhibitC). It is ex facie clear that against the column if the individual has opted for

( 2 ) p1 wp 12435.22 reservation under the women's category the petitioner had replied in the negative which has perpetuated the error and her candidature is being considered valid from the general category.

Considering the fact that the petitioner herself admits the mistake in filling the form, we are not inclined to interfere. The writ petition is dismissed.
