ORAL ORDER :

1.

Heard counsel for the applicant. Perused impugned order. In the application No.38/2014 before the Waqf Tribunal, below exhibit 5, respondent No.1 sought short time to file say. The Presiding Officer granted time and directed that in the meanwhile, status quo be maintained. This order has been impugned before me. There is no illegality or material irregularity in the order which was passed. It was an interim direction, and the application filed is yet not decided. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, there is no Presiding Officer in the Waqf Tribunal as yet and the charge
