When the present revision is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondents submitted a written pursis, contending therein that the respondents, who are the original plaintiffs, are ready to pay the court fees, as was suggested by the original defendants, i.e. under Section 6(iv)(ha) of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present revision and the same stands disposed of.

The Trial Court shall hear and decide the subject suit, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of this order.
