Present petition has been filed for following reliefs :- "B.

By writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, respondent nos.2 and 3 it may kindly be directed to grant one additional increment to the petitioner with effect from 1.1.2023 and refix his salary and pension.

C.

By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent nos.2 and 3 may kindly be directed to re-fix pay and pension of the petitioner and pay arrears of difference of salary by calculating afresh on the basis of revised pay scale after granting one additional increment of the with interest @ 12% per annum till actual disbursement of the amount to the petitioner."

It appears that present petitioner had made representation to the Joint Director of Higher Education, Nanded Division, Nanded on 25.7.2018. It appears that the representation is still pending. The present petition can be disposed off by giving directions to the Respondent no.3Competent authority to decide the said representation dated 25.7.2018 within a period of one (1) month from today. He should communicate the decision taken in respect of said representation to the petitioner within a period of one (1) week from it's decision.

In view of the said observations, petition stands disposed of.
