The respondent states that in a eviction suit against the appellant, the possession of the suit property has been recovered through the process of law. Hence, this appeal is infructuous. 2.

This appeal is against the order dismissing the suit for injunction restraining the respondent from disturbing his possession. Since the respondent, who was the landlord has recovered the possession by following due procedure of law, this appeal is infructuous.

Hence, the appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
