We have heard the learned counsel for the applicants for some time. Learned counsel for the applicants though raised various points, however, we are not inclined to entertain this application due to delay and latches. The FIR came to be registered in the year 2018 bearing F.I.R. No.299 of 2018 with Nagar Taluka Police Station, Taluka and District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 341, 504, 506 read with 34 of IPC and under Section 3(1)(w) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and under Sections 37(1) (3), 135 of Bombay Police Act, 1951 and charge sheet also came to be submitted in the year 2019. At present Special Case No. 164 of 2019 is pending before Sessions Court, Ahmednagar. However,

2 925 application 3352-21 applicants are at liberty to fle an application for discharge, if charge is yet not framed.
