By this application, the applicant - Municipal Council prays for vacating the interim relief granted by this Court on 09/12/2019 in Writ Petition No.14805/2019.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Since a conditional order was passed directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.32,00,000/- in this Court and the said amount has

1317.22ca (2) deposited, the applicant's Counsel had moved an application seeking leave to withdraw the said amount. By an order dated 08/04/2021, this Court rejected Civil Application No.5363/2020 and did not permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount. 4.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the petition may be listed for admission/hearing. 5.

In view of the above, this civil application is disposed off. 6.

List Writ Petition No.14805/2019 for admission/hearing on 25/03/2022.
