Heard the learned advocates for the parties for some time. 2.

This application is filed, seeking condonation of delay of 109 days caused in filing the first appeal. The appeal is filed by the original claimant, who received injury in an accident, for enhancement of compensation. 3.

The application is opposed by the respondents by stating that no reasons are assigned in the application for condonation of delay. 4.

Considering that the appeal is filed by the original claimant for enhancement of compensation, who suffered injury during accident and for the reasons stated in the application, this Court is inclined to allow the application.
