Learned counsel for the applicants submits that as directed by this Court, the respondent M.S.R.T.C. has deposited 50% of the amount under award. Counsel for respondent M.S.R.T.C. has no objection if the applicants original claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount. In view of above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent M.S.R.T.C., before this Court. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
