Appellant is ready to deposit entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon, therefore, the execution and operation of the award passed by the Tribunal Ahmednagar in MCAP No. 534 of 2012 is stayed subject to deposit of compensation. Compensation to be deposited within ten weeks from the date of this order. Failure to deposit compensation within time limit shall result into revocation of stay order without reference to this Court.
