The petitioners in all these Writ Petitions are taking exception to the common order dated 30.09.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the caste claims of the petitioners of belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cousin brother of the petitioners in all these Writ Petitions viz. Abhishek Kashinath Dandewad has already been granted validity certificate by this Court in Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 21475 of 2020 vide order dated 20.11.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that relying on the said caste validity certificate granted by this Court, in the case of Abhishek (supra), another order has been passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6635 of 2021 in the case of Pankaj Madhukar Dandewad, thereby granting validity certificate, who is also another cousin brother of the petitioners herein. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that later on, the real sister viz. Rani Ashok Dandewad of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.13233 of 2025 has also been granted validity by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2023 in Writ Petition No. 9947 of 2023 and therefore, prays that the petitioners also deserve to be granted validity in pursuance thereof. 3.
The learned A.G.P on the other hand, has not disputed the relationship of these petitioners with those validity holders to whom this Court has granted validities.

Considering the above facts, we adopt the same course and pass the following order :

ORDER
a) The common order dated 30.09.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the caste claims of the Petitioners as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is hereby quashed and set-aside.
b) The Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee is hereby directed to issue caste validity certificates to the Petitioners of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. c) The caste validity certificates issued to the Petitioners shall be subject to the outcome of reopening of caste claims of those validity holders.
d) The Writ Petitions are allowed in above terms. ( ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J. ) ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) vsj..
