This application is for stay to the execution, operation and implementation of judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge1, Camp at Ahmedpur on 06.12.2014 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 45/2012 is pending since the filing of the appeal.

On 19.10.2015 this Court ( Coram : T. V. Nalawade, J.) has already granted stay to the execution of proceeding viz. Regular Darkhast No. 06/2015.

Considering the nature of dispute and substantial questions of law arising in the present appeal, the interim relief is hereby extended during the pendency of the appeal.

The appellants/applicants have already filed paper book of the appeal before the lower court. Therefore, matter can be heard finally as per its turn. 5.
