This application is moved hardly within four months for relaxation of the condition Nos. iv and v when the applicant has attended the police station only thrice as per said conditions by order dated 08-08-2024.

The reasons for relaxation is stated only that the applicant cannot go to his home.

This court does not find any reason to entertain such application when there is no any change in circumstance except that now the charge-sheet is filed.

The conditions are imposed looking to the fact that the prosecutrix is staying within the jurisdiction of the Kranti Chowk Police Station. The case is registered for the offence under Section 376 of IPC.

As this court does not find any change in circumstance, this court is not inclined to consider the application.

The application stands disposed off.
