The application is filed for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.373 of 2014. In ordinary course, the matter needs to be placed before regular court, however, it appears that due to order passed by Hon'ble Judge, on 14.01.2015, the matter has been placed before this Court.

Criminal Writ Petition has been filed challenging orders passed by the District Magistrate and Divisional Commission, in respect of license issued under Arms Act. The criminal writ

In view of contents of the application and after hearing learned APP, the application is allowed and the criminal writ petition No. 373 of 2014 is restored.
