The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court vide order dated 16th March, 2022 on stay applications moved by the applicants/acquiring body has granted ad-interim stay to the judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Paranda directing the applicants to deposit 75% of the compensation amount under the impugned award within a period of 12 weeks. However, the applicants could not deposit the said amount within stipulated period, hence requested to
