In view of the provisions of Rule 17(i), the petitioner has remedy to challenge the order of suspension issued under Rule 4 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1979. 3.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition so as to avail aforementioned remedy. 4.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
