Heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. The Respondents do not oppose the amendment. In view of the above, both the Civil Applications are allowed. Let the amendment be carried out along filing of additional documents.

A statement is made on behalf of Respondent No.10 that the only grievance of the Petitioner that he should be considered for promotion, is redressed. The name of the Petitioner has been enlisted in the list of candidates, who are falling within the zone of consideration for promotion.

A copy of the communication dated 05.12.2023 addressed by the Desk Officer, Maharashtra Government to the C.E.O. of all the Zilla Parishads, indicates the name of the Petitioner at Sr. No.93 and his seniority number is shown at 339. The said document is taken on record and marked as ' X-1' for identification.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner or any other person who is aggrieved by the selection that would occur. All contentions are kept open.
