We are not inclined to entertain this petition on merits, however, we find substance in the contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner that though application/representation has been addressed by the petitioner to the Chief Officer of Shahada Municipal Council on 07.02.2017, the grievance of the petitioner as reflected in the said representation/application has not been completely redressed. In that view of the matter, we direct the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Shahada to consider the grievance raised in representation dated 07.02.2017 in its entirety. The Chief Officer to take notices issued on 21.04.2017 and 14.09.2017 to Bhaskar Tanaji Patil to logical end and take appropriate action.

Needless to observe that the respondent shall adhere to the principle of natural justice while taking action as against Bhaskar Tanaji Patil. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised either in the representation submitted by the petitioner or in the petition.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
