Heard Mr. Krishna G. Narwade h/f. Mr. A. B. Kale, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. S. S. Dande, learned AGP for the state. 2.

Mr. Narwade has placed on record a copy of order dated 17th July 2023, passed by this Court in First Appeal No.1135 of 2023 with connected matters (marked as "X" for identification purposes). Mr. Narwade would submit that the present appeal may also be disposed of in view of the cited order, because the land acquisition proceedings in the cited case, the objection of the parties and the subject matter are the same as in the present appeal. With this, he prays that the appeal could be disposed of at admission stage in view of the cited order.

The office note shows that there are numerous objections in the First Appeal, including the payment of deficit court fee of Rs.10,800/-. 3.

Mr. Narwade undertaken to remove all the office objections within two weeks from today. If the objections are not removed within the given time, the proceedings shall stand de-registered without further reference to the Court.
