Smt. Seema T. Pawar, learned counsel holding for Shri A.G. Talhar, learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submitted before this Court that the order of this Court is duly complied with and the petitioner also accepted the fact of due compliance of the order. The learned counsel placed on record copy of an undertaking submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.3, dated 20/9/2018, submitting that, though the amount is received by the petitioners belatedly, as the entire amount is deposited in the Account of the petitioner, vide Cheque No.696862, dated 11/9/2018, the grievance against the respondents No.2 and 3 no more survives.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits this fact situation. The copy of undertaking dated 20/9/2018, duly signed by the petitioner along with receipt, which is also signed by the petitioner as well as respondent No.3 is taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation.

In view of the above referred facts, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
