Advocate for the Petitioner : Mr. Atmaram Jagannath AGP for Respondent/State: Mr. V.K. Kotechya ....

CORAM : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI AND R. W. JOSHI, JJ DATED : NOVEMBER 22, 2024 ORDER:- 1.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner is trying to connect online, however, he is not audible.

2.

We have perused the petition. It appears that the petitioner wants to say that the order passed by this Court on 19th October 2023 is not complied with by respondent No.3, who was directed to decide the proposal dated 05.04.2022 seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner within a period of 60 days.

3.

Learned AGP is producing communication by respondent No.3 dated 10.10.2024 to the Headmaster

(2) 932- Cont. Petition No. 960-2024.odt Dr. Zakir Hussain Secondary and Higher Secondary School, Parbhani, wherein respondent No.3 had decided the proposal which is not in favour of the petitioner.

4.

The petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate legal recourse. Though the decision appears to have been taken belatedly, it is taken and therefore, there is no necessity to take action under the Contempt of Courts Act. 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
