The learned AGP submits that this Court has shown indulgence in a matter in which the Management itself can be blamed. However, as the career of the students was at stake and who were not at fault, that this Court showed magnitude in rescuing the students by passing the order dated 18.11.2022. He further submits that, this application not only deserves to be rejected, but costs imposed deserve to be doubled.
