There is already order passed by this Court on 2nd April, 2019... in Writ Petition bearing No. 14769 of 2017 directing the Education Officer to address the issue of salary of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that Education Officer has not yet considered the said aspect till this date, in spite of the directions of this Court.

The directions are already issued. In view of that, it was incumbent on the Education Officer to take decision upon the proposal of the petitioner otherwise there would be contempt of orders of this Court. It is submitted that fresh representation has been given by the petitioner to the Education Officer (Page No. 48).

If the fresh representation (Page No. 48) filed by the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer, then Education Officer shall decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
