Heard. It appears that when the matter was listed before the learned Registrar(Judicial),

ca384.18 Advocate on record did not cause appearance and as a result the Registrar (Judicial) passed the order refusing the registration of the Public Interest Litigation. Though we are not convinced with the reasons given in the Application, as the litigant should not suffer for the mistake of the Advocate, we allow this Application thereby condoning the delay. The P.I.L. St. No.36032 of 2016 is restored to its original file, subject to removal of all office objections on or before 25th January, 2018. Needless to observe that, failing which the order passed by the Registrar(Judicial) shall stand revived after expiry of above said period.

With the above observations, the Civil Application stands disposed of.
