This application filed for condonation of delay of 193 days in preferring Appeal against judgment and award dated 20.04.2015 in WCA No. 241/2013. 2.

It is the contention of the Appellant that for administrative reasons, Appeal could not be filed in time.

Learned Counsel for Respondents opposed the application.

Perusal of the application does not show any mala fides on the part of the Appellant in not

26-CA-16120-2015.odt preferring the Appeal in time. Having regard to these facts, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Appeal be registered.

Mr. A. R. Devkate, learned Counsel, states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in first appeal.

Issue notice to Respondent No. 2 in First Appeal, returnable on 26th February, 2024.
