It is stated that the validity proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. By way of interim relief, we had directed respondents no.2 and 3 not to refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies if the petitioner is otherwise eligible, 3.

The committee shall decide the validity proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 15.2.2018. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. Till then, the respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that the validity proceeding are pending, however, respondents shall not issue the degree certificate to the petitioner unless the validity is produced. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
