PER COURT :

The validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has appeared for 4th year B.E. examination. The result is withheld on the ground that petitioner has not obtained validity. 2.

Mr.Phatale, learned counsel submits

2 W.P.No.13057/17 that the father and the real brother of the petitioner having been issued with the validity certificates of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe, the Respondent No.2 be directed to issue the mark-sheet and the degree certificate.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the matter is pending with the Vigilance since December 2017.

Considering that the petitioner would require the relevant documents for further studies, it would be appropriate for the Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously before the next academic year.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 15.5.2018. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28.2.2018. 6.

In case there is no other impediment,

3 W.P.No.13057/17 the Respondent institution shall issue the marksheet and other documents to the petitioner, however, degree certificate shall be issued after the petitioner produces the validity. The petitioner shall not take benefit of reservation unless the petitioner gets the validity certificate.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
