Respondent No.2 is the minor under the guardianship of Respondent No.1 / mother.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application at present is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) alone. Respondent No.2 is not shown as Respondent under the guardianship of some other persons in the special civil suit. The Applicant, for the first time, has prayed in this civil application in terms of prayer clause (C) that mother of Respondent No.2 be shown as a guardian. The Applicants have to file a separate application for that. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
