This application is for bringing LRs of deceased respondent no. 1 Mahadev Girme, who died on 24th August, 2022. 2.

It is contended in the application that the counsel for the respondents filed purshis on 20th November, 2022, under Order XXII Rule 10 A of the Code of Civil Procedure, intimating about death of respondent no. 1. Learned counsel for applicants, therefore, could get information about demise of this respondent.

Though, there is delay in bringing LRs of deceased respondent on record, delay is not attributable to the applicants. 1/2

Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' to 'c'.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks.
