Learned AGP submits that the caste claim proceeding of the petitioner would be decided within six months as the vigilance inquiry is pending. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that four months may be granted to decide the caste claim.

In view of the submissions of both Counsels and considering the stage of the proceeding, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within five months from today. 5.
