The Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the Review Application. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that due to delay in obtaining the relevant approvals, the Review Application could not be filed within the prescribed period and as such, there is delay of 15 days.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 opposed the application and contended that there is no sufficient explanation provided for condoning the delay.

Considering the reasons which have been set out in the civil application, in my view, the civil application deserves to be allowed. The delay of 15 days caused in filing of the review application is condoned.
