Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that Respondent No.2 has decided the proposal on 13th December 2021 and the same has been given on whatsapp yesterday. The Petitioner would challenge the said order. However now the present Petition has become infructuous.

It appears that the decision was already taken and we are not going into the merits of the case. In these circumstances, the case is not made out for taking any action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
