1] We have heard Mr.Khedlar, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2] Learned AGP submits that the posts that were advertised were to be filled in for the office at Mumbai and this Court would not have territorial jurisdiction.

458.22WP+ 3] Mr.Khedkar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are other matters from the Benches at Nagpur and Aurangabad, that have been clubbed with the matters at Principal Seat.

4] In view of that, the present Writ Petitions are returned back to the petitioners, with liberty to file it before the Appropriate Forum.
