Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner had filed an application under the provisions of Hyderabad Atiyat Enquiries Act for succession. According to the petitioner, the land in question is a Service Inam Land. The Dy. Collector, Atiyat, rejected the application on the ground that he does not have power to condone the delay beyond six months. The petitioner approached the Collector. The Additional Collector

2 1WP5466.2016 directed the Dy. Collector, Atiyat, to send the file to his office. According to the petitioner, same is not sent. The said order is passed on 09.11.2012.

The Dy. Collector, Atiyat, shall take steps in tune with the order of the Additional Collector, Latur, dt. 09.11.2012 (Page 22, Exh. D), if not already done, within a period of three months from today.
