Parties to the present appeals are present before the Panel. Parties have jointly placed on record settlement terms. Parties have verified the terms of compromise as well as their signatures on the terms of compromise. The learned Counsel for the claimants have also put their signatures on the terms of compromise and so also the learned A.G.P. for the State / Acquiring Body have signed the settlement terms. Hence,

ORDER

(1) The appeals stand settled in terms of the compromise. (2) The settlement terms shall form part of the respective awards passed.

(3) The appellants shall be entitled for refund of Court fees as per Rules. It would be open for the claimants to withdraw the deposited amount, if already not withdrawn.
