In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 279/2017 registered at City Police Station, Osmanabad, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under section 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 135 of Bombay Police Act, 1951, the applicant be released on his furnishing bail in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, on following condition.

(i) Applicant shall appear before the Investigating officer as and when directed on receipt of written intimation and cooperate in investigation.

BA 6093/17 (ii) Applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses.

Criminal application stands disposed of in above terms.
