Mr.Nerlikar, learned A.P.P submits that as against present applicants, the charge-sheet is filed for an offence punishable U/s 498-A read with Section 34 of the I.P.C and not for an offence punishable U/s 302 of the I.P.C.

In view of the aforesaid statement, Mr.Londhe, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
