Mr.Munde, learned Advocate submits that appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak has been approved by the Education Officer (Secondary). However, the proposal sent for permanent approval is not being considered.

In case, the proposal (Exh.D) dated 10.08.2015 seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks.
