Notice in delay condonation application. Learned counsel Shri. Kale submits that he is filing appearance for respondents, original claimants. Both the sides are heard. 2.

Delay of 253, 267, 360, 337, 261, 337, 942, 253, 337, 202, 356, 202 days is caused in respective matters. It is the

CA No. 16931/15 contention and submission of the learned counsel for Acquiring Body that some time was consumed for collecting certified copy, some time is consumed for processing the matters and some time was consumed for obtaining sanction at various level. In view of these submissions and contents of the applications, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. All the delay condonation applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. 3.

Notice in appeals for final disposal. It is waived by Shri. A.B. Kale for original claimants.

In stay applications, heard the learned counsel for Acquiring Body. Seen the judgments and awards. Applications are allowed. Stay is granted subject to condition of depositing entire amount of compensation within twelve weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited, it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution.
