By way of this application, the following requests have been made through prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution dtd. 19/09/2024 pursuant to which the Ld. Ad-hoc Committee has allowed for Ld. AdHoc Committee for revision in the treatment rates for the patients and revision in the incentive allowance of the doctors working in both the Hospitals."

It is a matter of granting of incentives to the doctors serving in the hospitals being run by the petitioner/Shree Sai Baba Sansthan, Shirdi and even revision of the rates chargeable to the patients taking treatment there.

It appears that, by the Resolution dated 14/02/2024, the decision was taken for revision. There was some representation of the doctors pursuant to which a detail report was called and in consultation, the rates as proposed, were decided to be revised as indicated in Annexures B to D.

We have heard the learned Advocate Mr Bajaj for applicant as also the learned Government Pleader for respondent. 5.

With a rider that we shall not be taken as granting legitimacy to the Resolution being passed by the Ad hoc Committee, this civil application is allowed and permission is granted to implement Circulatory Resolution dated 19/09/2024 in tune with the basic Resolution No.125.

List the public interest litigation along with connected matters on 06/12/2024.
