By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 74 days caused in filing present Second Appeal. Notice of this application is served upon respondent nos.1 and 2. Rest of the respondents are deleted by permission of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2024.

Considering reasons stated in the application and the fact that there is no contest to the reasoning as regards to the delay, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order:
